Correspondence from a VFW Post 1463 Member

Recently Colonel Greg McCreay reached out to Lititz Springs VFW Post 1463, his home VFW Post, to update us on his recent activities and share some photos.

“ Hi,I'm a life member of the post and was wondering if you could post some photos of a recent trip I did to Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base with the 116 Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team. I am the Commander of the 116 Mission Support Group, GA Air National Guard and was born and raised in Lititz. The 116 EOD team is comprised of 4 members all of which have deployed in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Each member has been awarded the Bronze Star Medal with some members having multiple awards.
