Coatesville VA Hospital Labor Day Picnic

On September 6, Labor Day 2010, Dick and Janet Getz, Sue and Joel Ellis joined members of the district and state VFW and Ladies Auxiliary at Coatesville VA Hospital for a Labor Day picnic and bingo. The patients enjoyed 'burgers and 'dogs on the grill, bingo, ice cream sundaes and having visitors all day. We were thanked so many times, we lost count. The picnic was about the vets, not us, but it gave us a good feeling to spend the day with them and give a little something back.
