Happy New Year!!

New Year’s Day will be a busy one here. It falls on a Sunday and we open at 9 a.m. It is the first day of new member sign-up. If you know anyone that wants to become a patron member here or was a guest last year, tell them to get in as soon as possible as the alloted memberships fill up fast. If they were a guest last year, they can not be a guest again this year – they must sign up. Membership is $20.00.

Louie is serving her delicious Pork & Sauerkraut from noon until 2 p.m. on New Year’s Day. Reservation list is on table by the door. The dates for breakfast have been changed for the month of Janaury. They will be served on January 8th and 22nd.

ATTENTION POOL LOVERS - Scoot & Dave Wilt are hosting Pool Tournaments in the next coming months. They are held on the second Saturday of the month at 1 p.m. Sign-up sheet will be up on the board by the jukebox. Come & join them and have fun on a Saturday afternoon.

ATTENTION BINGO LOVERS - Put this date on your calendar – Sunday, January 29 will be our first “Super Cash Bingo” starting at 1 p.m. It will be for all cash – all pots will be paid 75/25 instead of 50/50. All cards will cost $2.00 each. You know what Wayne always says “the more you play, the more we pay”. The final game will be a cover-all for $5.00 a card, but the winner takes all. There will also be a few other neat tidbits for that day, so don’t miss out.

ATTENTION TRIVIA LOVERS – Who will have the bragging rights each week for the weekly trophy? Mike will fill you in on this at the first Trivia Night of the year!

ATTENTION ST. PATRICK DAY LOVERS – Yes, St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Saturday this year so we are going to have a party! The Band “Kracker B’s” will be here to dance the afternoon away. Louie is serving Corned Beef & Cabbage along with her regular menu. Party is from 4 to 8 p.m. Get your “green” on and come have fun!
I have one new band coming in February called “Roshambo”. Many of them were with the band Hazmatz, so put that date on your calendar too.

There will be one members number hidden somewhere throughout the pages of the newsletter that was mailed to you. If you find it and it is your number, let me know and you will win $25.00! It will clearly say Member # - followed by the number that was pulled prior to writing this newsletter. It will not be part of a date or phone number. You have until January 31, 2012 to claim your prize if it is your number in this newsletter. In the last newsletter the number belonged to Edward Curven, but he never came to claim his money.
